After graduated from the Undip's Informatics in October 2012, I was looking for job opportunities. Actually, I prefer to stay at my hometown in Semarang. But, it seems some opportunities in Semarang unable to satisfy my expectation. So, moving to bigger city is an option which must I choose. Then I gain some test/interview invitations from some companies in Jabodetabek.
First, the MSM Group, a consultant company which focusing to provide IT solutions for local governments across Indonesia. They open the recruitment via Udinus' Job Fair and doing some interview also in Udinus. I've been accepted and received the contract offering letter. However, since I thought that the offering value below my expectation, so before signing the contract I need to renegotiate the value. As my request wasn't approved, I decided not to continue the recruitment process.
Second, the Dataon Indonesia, a consultant company in corporate HRD application service. After attended their interview invitation and waiting for confirmation in 2 weeks, I believe that I wasn't a candidate they were looking for.
Third, the BAS Mining, a coal mining contractor company. I passed the recruitment process almost without obstacle. Only a week after the interview, I receive the offering letter which meet my expectation. I joined as IT Developer to to the company since January 2013.
